Charging an EV in Lincolnshire without a driveway

Lincolnshire's councils have secured government funding to bring cross-pavement charging channels to the county, covering both urban and rural areas.

Where things stand

Supplier engagement started in early 2026, so the scheme isn't fully open yet. Watch the council's EV pages for application details.

Until then

Public chargers – especially in towns, supermarkets and council car parks – are the main option for households without a driveway.
